To-Jo Motors Completes KAIZEN Activities

To-Jo Motors recently concluded it’s KAIZEN training for its employees and personnel under the mentoring of Mr. Satoru Tajima, a leading Kaizen expert from Japan. This training is part of the assistance provided by the Board of Investments and the Japan International Cooperation Agency through PADECO Ltd. to improve the capabilities of local manufacturers and set directions for efficiency of the workforce.

The training sessions were conducted in a total of 6 days from August 24 to 26, and August 31 to September 2, 2022. On the last day, To-Jo Motors gave a token of appreciation to Mr. Tajima for his invaluable lessons on 5S and Kaizen. The company promises to continue what they have learned and set up different programs in line with this to continue improving the organization.
