To-Jo Motors Partners with DLSU and DOST for FLEV PrototypeTo-Jo Motors Partners with DLSU and DOST for FLEV Prototype

To-Jo Motors partnered with the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) and De La Salle University (DLSU) under the CRADLE program to develop the Flexible Electric Vehicle, or FLEV. This vehicle features a transformable type of vehicle depending on the requirements of the user. It can be operated as a passenger vehicle (conforming to PNS PUV Class 1 category), a cargo van, a pick-up type vehicle, among other things.

The preliminary designs of the engineering and the aesthetics of the vehicle were developed by a group comprised of engineers and industrial designers from DLSU. To-Jo Motors serves as the prototyping partner to turn the concept into an operable vehicle.

Upon completion of the prototype, the unit shall be presented to Solutions+, which will endorse to Pasig City as recipient of this and many more FLEV units to be produced. These additional units shall be produced also by To-Jo Motors.
